Monthly Board Meetings

Our next meeting date has been canceled on Wednesday, December 23rd and a special meeting will be held on

 Thursday, December 17, 2009 @ 5:30.

General meetings to conduct business are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the District Office. All meetings are open to the public. Contact us if you have any questions.

Financial Assistance for Landowners

We are still accepting applications from local landowners for cost share projects that implement conservation practices. Proposed projects must employ Best Management Practices and result in improved water quality to qualify for assistance.

Funded through the Washington State Department of Ecology as a grant we call CLASP (Curlew Lake Assessment Project), landowners are generally reimbursed for up to 50% of the costs of implementation. For an application or more information, please contact us.

We also have another grant which is an implementation grant we call BLOG. Ask us for more information.

Also, check with us to see if other funding has become available for farm implementation projects.
