FCD's Lake Roberta Property

MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY happened on the Roberta Lake Property!!!

AmeriCorp's team of Volunteers and local community members made a difference on the Roberta Lake property on October 24, 2009!

About 20 AmeriCorp Volunteers and about 20 community members started building a Wildlife viewing trail for the public to enjoy a beautiful walk through the District's property that joins with Roberta Lake (South end of Curlew Lake).

This path, which is still in the making, will take you onto the beautiful Wildlife Refuge, by the Native Plant Nursery, along a deer path, and to the south most point of Roberta Lake.
Pictures to come.

Thanks to AmeriCorp and our community members!
